Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences across digital, eLearning, face-to-face and blended formats. You will support onboarding and lead leadership development, shaping culture and capability.

You’ll build trusted relationships with stakeholders, manage learning projects from scoping to evaluation, and champion coaching and continuous learning to demonstrate impact and value.

Responsibilities

• Design & delivery: Create accessible and inclusive learning solutions across digital, eLearning, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Onboarding: Support managers with onboarding and deliver engaging welcome sessions.
• Leadership development: Design and deliver leadership development initiatives, building culture and capability.
• Building relationships: Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to scope, deliver and evaluate learning projects.
• Growth mindset: Encourage curiosity, feedback and continuous learning, measuring impact of learning solutions.
