Job summary

Unique IQ Ltd. builds care management software for domiciliary care, supported living and other services across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with support from marketing and a part-time SDR.

You will show how our AI products transform care operations, manage your pipeline, and contribute to growth in a target-driven environment from our Redditch office with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B new business sales, ideally SaaS or technology.
• Enjoy outbound prospecting and daily discipline.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills; able to run demos and close independently.
• Excellent listening and consultative, people-first approach.
• CRM accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily using our outreach tool and prioritize contacts.
• Run discovery conversations with care managers and leaders.
• Deliver product demonstrations online and in person.
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to close with clear next steps.
• Handle objections, including competitor comparisons and incumbents.
• Follow up inbound enquiries and event leads promptly.
• Log all activity in CRM and report weekly numbers.
• Represent Unique IQ at care sector events.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success and leadership on campaigns.
