Job summary

Nourish Care is seeking a Business Development Manager to join a mission-driven team building a digital care platform used by UK care providers. You will work with care providers to understand their services and move them to digital care, build opportunities, and run a consultative sales process from first conversation to close.

The ideal candidate has a strong B2B SaaS track record, is sharp and coachable, and shares a passion for purpose-led work.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS.
• Able to influence people without pushing and communicate clearly.
• Motivated by purpose-led work and learning from development.

Responsibilities

• Work with care providers to understand operations and move to digital care.
• Build opportunities and run consultative sales from first contact to close.
• Know when to bring colleagues in to help win deals.
