• Experience in B2B new business sales, ideally SaaS or technology.
• Enjoy outbound prospecting and daily discipline.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and demo skills.
• Excellent listening and consultative approach.
• Organised with accurate CRM usage.
• Resilient, energetic, target-driven.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Make high-quality outbound calls daily and prioritise contacts.
• Run consultative discovery conversations with care providers.
• Deliver product demonstrations online and in person.
• Manage your pipeline from first contact to close.
• Handle objections and competitor comparisons.
• Follow up inbound enquiries and event leads.
• Log activity in the CRM and report weekly numbers.
• Represent Unique IQ at care sector events.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success and leadership on campaigns.
