Erin Associates is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth for our SaaS solutions in a hybrid Mold-based role. You will identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and guide customers through the sales lifecycle from discovery to close.

• Experience in business development or software sales.
• Proven track record in full sales cycle and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage qualified sales opportunities from initial engagement through to successful sale and handover.
• Build and nurture relationships with new prospects, identifying opportunities.
• Take a consultative approach to understand challenges and growth plans.
• Conduct BANT qualification calls to identify requirements and recommend products.
• Collaborate with Marketing and BDM to maximise opportunities.
• Work towards individual sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
