Job description
What are we looking for?
  • Have an IT background with at least 5 years of experience in ERP/SAP Development, Implementation or Transformation projects in a coordinating role
  • Have profound knowledge of testing management including performance test processes and standards
  • Experience in gathering non functional requirements in complex large SAP transformation projects
  • Excellent understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap
  • Be very well organized with experience in effectively setting deadlines, and assigning responsibilities followed by monitoring, summarizing data, and communicating across various stakeholder groups ensuring clear ownership is established for all activities
  • You need to have attention to detail and coordinate with Test Factory and external partners.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
  • Strategic Leadership & Governance: Define, develop, and own the enterprise-wide performance testing strategy aligned with the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap and satellite system integrations. Establish governance frameworks, standards, and policies for performance testing across multiple teams and vendors. Ensure performance testing objectives align with business priorities, compliance requirements, and overall quality goals. Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate performance testing seamlessly into the development lifecycle and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present test reports and analysis to stakeholders, providing insights into the quality of the SAP Landscape. Ensure integration of performance testing tools and results into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (Deployment) pipelines and reporting frameworks
  • Tools: Experience in testing tools (Tricentis NeoLoad, JIRA, SNOW, eCATT, SAP Solution Manager, AzureDevOps, Cloud ALM or equivalent such as HP/MF ALM) for test management.
