A leading estate management company is seeking a rural surveyor to manage private and institutional estates from the Worcester office. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong property management skills, effective communication, and a good understanding of landlord-tenant relationships. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a rural surveyor to join our estate management & consultancy team.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of both private and institutional estates & working on projects for our retained consultancy clients as part of an experienced team.

The Worcester Rural management team provides advice and management services on a wide range of property and rural business matters on large & diverse portfolios of agricultural, commercial and residential property & national operational estates.
Our clients include private clients and strategically held institutional let & in-hand portfolios across Worcestershire and the surrounding counties. The team comprises a Director, an Associate and a Property Manager and the office also provides Tourism and Leisure, Food & Farming and Forestry Management services.
The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West
