Job summary

Quickline is seeking an Installation Engineer to connect rural communities to superfast broadband. You will install at customer premises, liaise on routes and visuals, and maintain safety standards while delivering top customer service.

The role requires experience in similar installations, comfort working at heights, and a valid driving licence with DBS clearance. A customer-first mindset is essential for success in this field role.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role; FTTP and FWA knowledge preferred.
Able to work at heights and comfortable with ladders.
Customer care oriented; valid driving licence and DBS check clearance.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high quality standard of installation at customers' premises.
Liaise with customers regarding installation route and final appearance.
Manage a safe working environment with Health & Safety at all times.
Carry out installation surveys and consider options to deliver service.
Document installed equipment information and capture installation images for records.
Provide excellent customer communications and strive to exceed expectations.
