Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with FTTP and FWA knowledge.
- Comfortable working at heights, ladders pose no issue.
- Customer care comes naturally and you communicate well with clients.
- Must have a full clean driving licence and be able to pass a DBS check.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high quality standard of installation at customer premises.
- Liaise with customers about installation route and final look.
- Manage a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety.
- Carry out installation surveys and consider options to deliver service.
- Document installed equipment information and capture installation photos for records.
- Provide excellent customer communications and strive to exceed expectations.
