Qualifications
- Experience installing or maintaining broadband/telecoms networks preferred.
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors in varying weather.
- Customer-focused approach with clear communication during installs.
Responsibilities
- Install and service customer premises with careful route planning.
- Liaise with customers on installation details and final appearance.
- Maintain high safety standards on customer sites and in transit.
- Document installation details and capture photos for records.
- Provide excellent updates and follow-ups to customers and support teams.
