Job summary
Quickline is seeking an Installation Engineer to connect rural communities to superfast broadband. The role involves on-site work, liaising with customers on installation routes and outcomes, and maintaining high-quality installations with safety at the forefront.
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, understands FTTP and FWA connections, can climb ladders, and holds a full clean driving licence. DBS check is a requirement.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role with FTTP/FWA knowledge preferred.
- Customer-facing installation experience.
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders.
- Full clean driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high installation quality at customer premises.
- Liaise with customers on installation route and appearance.
- Manage safe working environment and health & safety.
- Conduct installation surveys and explore options to deliver service.
- Document installed equipment information and capture installation images for records.
- Provide excellent customer communications and exceed expectations.
