Job summary

Big Mamma Group in London is seeking a Runner to join our vibrant Italian venues across the UK. You will deliver food and drinks directly to guests, open and close the floor, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Your Mission

• Run food and drinks, and serve wine, desserts and pasta directly to our guests
• Open and close the floor, polish cutlery and fold napkins
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and health & safety standards across the floor
• Support your colleagues during service with a positive and proactive attitude
• Create memorable moments for guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach

About You

• Passion for Italian food and excellent customer service
• High energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Previous experience in hospitality
• Strong communication skills
