Job summary

Big Mamma is looking for a Commis Pastry Chef to join our UK team. You will help prepare desserts according to our recipes and quality standards, under the guidance of the Chef de Partie and senior chefs.

You will maintain high hygiene and food safety, stay organized, and bring a positive, proactive attitude during busy services.

This role offers a permanent, full-time position with daily staff meals, a 15% employee discount, and opportunities to grow across the group.

Qualifications

• Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
• Previous experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Great energy and proactive attitude during service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• High-volume kitchen experience is a plus.

Your Mission
