Ruby Developer - Remote - UK based - Up to £85K - SaaS

Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS startup that is at a pivotal growth stage and requires a Senior Ruby Developer to join their team.

They have developed industry-leading software for well-known clients and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role:

They seek experienced developers passionate about building new and innovative solutions. Facing unique business and scaling challenges, they need problem solvers to address technical complexities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatic use of the best tools for each task and expects candidates to lead in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems (following SRE principles)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV is a plus

This is a fully remote position. The team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and socials are held, daily work is remote.
