Ruby on Rails Developer - Remote - UK based - Up to £85K - SaaS

Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS start-up that is at a pivotal growth stage and requires a Senior Ruby Developer to join the team.

They have developed industry-leading software for household names and are preparing for their next growth phase.

The Role :

Seeking experienced developers excited about building innovative solutions. The role involves solving unique business and technical challenges with a focus on scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

The tech stack primarily includes Rails, with supporting services in Python and Go. Candidates should be comfortable working across multiple languages and frameworks, taking a lead role in developing core technologies.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience managing large systems following SRE principles
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using TDD
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV is a plus

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. Occasional meetings and social events are held in person, but daily work is from home.
