They have developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next growth phase.

The Role:

They are seeking experienced developers who are excited about building innovative solutions. Facing unique business and scale challenges, they need problem solvers to tackle technical complexities.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatic use of the best tools for each problem and expects candidates to lead in building core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems (following SRE principles)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using test-driven development
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools (preferred)

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and internationally. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your day-to-day work will be from home.
