They have already developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next phase of expansion.

The Role :

They seek experienced developers passionate about building unprecedented solutions. Facing unique business and scalability challenges, they need problem solvers to tackle distinctive technical issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatism in choosing the best tools for each problem. Candidates will take a leading role in developing core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required :

• Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks)
• Experience operating large systems following an SRE approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing large, complex applications using a test-driven approach
• Designing, building, and maintaining applications covering both frontend and backend
• Experience with OpenCV or other image manipulation tools (beneficial)

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While meetings and socials are held occasionally, your daily work will be from home.
