Ruby Developer - Remote - UK based - Up to £85K - SaaS

Christopher Ali has partnered with an innovative UK-based SaaS startup that is at a pivotal growth stage and requires a Senior Ruby Developer to join the team.

They have developed industry-leading software for well-known clients and are preparing for their next growth phase.

The Role:

They seek experienced developers passionate about building innovative solutions. Facing unique business and technical challenges, they need problem solvers capable of tackling complex issues.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience solving problems in secure, scalable, and maintainable ways.

The tech stack primarily includes Rails, along with Python and Go for supporting services.

The team values pragmatism in choosing the best tools for the task and expects candidates to take a lead role in developing core technologies across multiple languages and frameworks.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Rails (or similar framework)
• Experience managing large systems with an SRE approach
• API development and integration experience
• Experience testing complex applications using TDD
• Designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications
• Experience with image manipulation tools like OpenCV is a plus

This is a fully remote role. The team is distributed across the UK and abroad. While occasional meetings and social events are held, your daily work will be from home.
