Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking a proactive RTT Validator to support ENT and Sleep Surgical Services. You will validate RTT data, book patients and pathways, and help ensure 18-week pathway compliance.

You will work with clinical and administrative colleagues to maintain accurate patient records in Epic, identify discrepancies, and contribute to performance reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with RTT validation or healthcare administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities

• Validate and track patient pathways in RTT (18-week) rules, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Review and update patient records on Epic to maintain accurate pathway information.
• Identify and resolve pathway discrepancies, escalating breaches promptly.
• Work with clinical and administrative teams to gather information for pathway records.
• Support colleagues on RTT rules and pathway management for continuous improvement.
• Regularly validate waiting lists and contribute to performance reporting and data quality initiatives.
• Book, reschedule and manage patient appointments and admissions in line with RTT targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient-focused care at all times.
