Job summary

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Referral to Treatment Validation Clerk (Band 3) to ensure patients on an 18-week RTT pathway are properly validated and their treatment pathways are expedited in line with service expectations.

The role involves working with divisional teams, clinicians and administrators to maintain data quality, monitor events in the Patient Pathway, and escalate any RTT breaches in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• General education to GCSE standard.
• Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent training or experience.
• ECDL or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Validate RTT patient paths and expedite treatment in line with timelines.
• Interrogate hospital systems and record events in the Patient Pathway.
• Communicate with clinical and administrative teams on RTT rules and data quality.
