Job summary

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust seeks a RTT Validator to support across care organisations, ensuring patients are tracked from referral to treatment initiation and contributing to a smooth outpatient journey.

You will work with the RTT Team Leader and operational management to monitor pathways, flag potential breaches, and help ensure timely patient care while supporting professional development and flexible working within a values-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Tracking patients through their 18 week process to ensure timely treatment.
• Escalating potential RTT issues to line managers or operational managers.
• Highlighting pathway breaches and fast-tracking affected patients through the system.
• Working with RTT Team Leader to ensure policies and procedures address RTT pathway challenges.
• Forecasting possible problems with operational managers and identifying solutions.
