Job summary

Carpenters Group is seeking experienced legal advisors to support high-volume Fast Track RTA claims, aiming for robust outcomes for clients and fee generation for the firm. The role involves using Case Management Systems, liaising with medical agencies, and assisting on liability and damages assessments.

We require strong knowledge of the CPR, litigation processes, and attention to detail. Hybrid working options available, with a supportive environment and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced legal advisors with significant knowledge of RTA claims handling.
• Solid understanding of the full litigation process for personal injury RTA claims.
• Proficient in using case management systems and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Focus on delivering quality client service and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively progress high-volume Fast Track RTA claims in line with procedures.
• Assist in litigation to generate fee income and support business success.
• Identify cases where proceedings are strategically beneficial and support progression.
• Liaise with medical agencies, experts, insurers and other parties.
• Assist with liability and quantum assessment, including medical reports and schedules of damages.
• Support settlements and communicate cost risks to clients.
