Job summary

Carpenters Group in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced legal advisors to support high-volume RTA Fast Track claims. The role focuses on delivering robust claims handling with an emphasis on client outcomes and fee generation.

You will progress fast-track Personal Injury cases, liaise with medical agencies, insurers and other parties, and work with the firm’s Case Management System. Knowledge of CPR and litigation processes is essential, as is attention to detail and collaborative work

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume RTA Fast Track claims and caseload management.
• Knowledge of CPR, legislation and relevant case law.
• Competent with case management systems and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively progressing high-volume Fast Track RTA claims in line with internal procedures.
• Assist in litigation processes to generate fee income and support business success.
• Identify cases where proceedings would be beneficial and support progression accordingly.
• Liaise with medical agencies, experts, insurers and other parties in a timely manner.
• Support assessment of liability and quantum, including reviewing medical reports and drafting schedules.
