Job summary

Carpenters Group in the UK is seeking a paralegal or non-qualified legal advisor to support the management of Fast Track/MOJ Road Traffic Accident claims. You will work under supervision on cases involving motorbikes, mopeds, push bikes and e-scooters, focusing on progressing files and delivering strong client outcomes.

Responsibilities include assisting with liability and quantum assessments, drafting schedules of special damages, reviewing medical reports, and liaising with medical agencies,

Qualifications

• Experience handling MOJ (Part 8) and Part 7 RTA claims.
• Knowledge of liability, quantum, and medical reports.
• Familiarity with CPR, legislation, and case law.
• Able to progress cases under supervision with a commercial approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a caseload of MOJ/Part 8 and Part 7 cases to progress claims.
• Support litigation processes to generate fee income and manage client outcomes.
• Assist in drafting schedules of damages and reviewing medical reports.
• Liaise with clinicians, insurers, and experts to progress cases; attend hearings if required.
