Job summary

Carpenters Group is seeking experienced legal advisors to support on caseload management for high-volume RTA Fast Track claims. The role focuses on robust claims handling, client outcomes, and fee generation across a busy practice.

The successful candidate will assist with litigation processes, liaise with medical agencies and experts, and help progress cases in line with internal procedures, contributing to overall business success while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume Fast Track RTA claims handling.
• Strong knowledge of CPR, relevant legislation and case law.
• Proficient with case management software and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively progress high-volume Fast Track RTA claims in line with internal procedures.
• Assist in litigation processes to support fee income and business targets.
• Identify cases where proceedings would be tactically beneficial and support progression.
• Liaise with medical agencies, experts, and third party insurers.
• Assist in assessing liability and quantum, reviewing medical reports and drafting schedules of damages.
• Support cases with denial of liability and causation arguments.
• Contribute to performance targets while maintaining firm integrity.
• Perform additional tasks as reasonably assigned.
