Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an FNOL Claims Handler in Stockport to support a busy RTA claims team. You’ll be the first point of contact, gathering details and guiding claims through the process with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates have experience in motor claims or accident management, with strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Full training and benefits accompany a competitive salary.

Formación

• Experience in First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and motor claims.
• Experience in accident management or insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with empathy.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls for new road traffic accident claims.
• Gather detailed accident information and circumstances.
• Record claim details accurately on internal systems.
• Collect details for customers, drivers, vehicles, and third parties.
• Identify damage, recovery and repair needs.
• Capture injuries and medical treatment information.
• Request and review supporting evidence (photos, CCTV, statements, dashcam).
• Explain the claims process and next steps.
• Escalate complex or vulnerable cases when needed.
• Coordinate with repairers, recovery agents, hire providers and claims teams.
• Maintain comprehensive claim notes and documentation.
• Adhere to FCA requirements and data protection standards.
