Job summary

Red Dot Search UK Limited is recruiting three FNOL Claims Handlers for the motor claims team on the edge of Bolton. The role handles first notification of loss and accidental damage claims, with a defined 35-hour week and no evenings or weekends.

You'll receive fully funded CII training and one-to-one coaching from a dedicated motor claims trainer, plus strong holiday and benefits; a supportive team environment awaits career growth within FCA-regulated general insurance.

Qualifications

• Motor claims experience: FNOL, accidental damage, or both.
• Confident running a caseload and making a liability call you can justify.
• Calm, clear and patient with people having a bad day.
• Comfortable across multiple claims systems.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Taking first notification of loss on motor claims, with accurate detail and clear guidance on next steps.
• Handling accidental damage claims through to settlement, coordinating engineers, repairers and courtesy cars.
• Validating cover, investigating liability and making informed decisions.
• Running your own caseload by phone and written communication, keeping files moving.
• Spotting fraud indicators and escalating them as needed.
