Brunning and Price is seeking a roving Head Chef, ideally based in Berkshire, to support our pubs and new openings. The role involves occasional travel and deputising for the Head Chef to drive the kitchen forward with fresh dishes and strong leadership.

You should have prior catering/hospitality experience at head chef or senior sous chef level, and a positive, flexible attitude to cover holidays and openings across the group. This is a roving, hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Gastro pub/restaurant/hotel head chef or senior sous chef experience.
• Willing to cover holidays or deputise for Head Chef.
• Positive and flexible attitude.

Responsabilités

Job Description

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Head Chef, ideally based in the Berkshirearea to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at head chefor senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
