Brunning & Price Limited is seeking an experienced Roving Chef, ideally based in the West Midlands, to support our pubs and new openings from Shropshire to Warwickshire and Worcestershire. The role may involve working away from home with flexible arrangements.

You’ll be covering holidays, deputising for Head Chef at times, and helping run the kitchen while driving our food culture and keeping customers engaged with fresh dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering and hospitality at sous or senior sous chef level.
• Positive and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to cover holidays, participate in new openings or deputise for Head Chef.

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the West Midlandsarea to support our existing pubs and new pub openings covering from Shropshire down toWarwickshire/Worcestershire areas. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
