Job summary

Brunning & Price Limited is seeking a Roving Head Chef based in Hampshire/Berkshire to support our pubs and new openings. The role involves covering holidays and deputising for Head Chef, with the flexibility to travel to different sites across the region.

Ideal candidates will have head chef or senior sous chef experience in catering and hospitality, and a proactive, adaptable attitude to lead kitchen teams and deliver exciting new dishes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at head chef or senior sous chef level is essential.
• Experience in managing kitchen operations and overseeing menu execution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cover holidays and deputise for Head Chef.
• Support running the kitchen and drive the food culture across pubs.
• Be flexible for new openings and roving assignments across the Hampshire/Berkshire area.

From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we'll always be flexible where we can.

About You

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at head chef or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you'll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You'll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
