Brunning & Price Limited is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptive Roving Chef, ideally based in the West Midlands, to support our pubs and new openings across Shropshire down to Warwickshire and Worcestershire. This role offers a basic up to £40,000 per year, plus tronc, paid overtime and great cash tips, plus free meals on shift and generous staff discounts.

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Chef, ideally based in the West Midlandsarea to support our existing pubs and new pub openings covering from Shropshire down toWarwickshire/Worcestershire areas.From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at sous or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
