Job summary

Brunning and Price is seeking an experienced Roving Head Chef based in the Berkshire area to support our pubs and new openings. You’ll cover holidays, deputise for Head Chef, and help drive the kitchen culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at head chef or senior sous chef level is essential.
• Positive and flexible attitude.
• Experience covering holidays and deputising for Head Chef is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cover holidays and support new openings.
• Deputise for Head Chef when needed; run the kitchen day-to-day.
• Drive the food culture and keep the team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes.

From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at head chef or senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
