Brunning and Price is seeking an experienced Roving Head Chef based in the Hampshire/Berkshire area to support our pubs and openings. You’ll cover holidays, lead kitchen teams and drive the food culture across sites.
Expect a competitive package up to £50,000 per annum including tronc, with basic up to £42,000, paid overtime, and strong staff benefits such as free meals on shift, pension, and staff discounts.

Due to a number of internal promotions and growth of the business, we are looking for a Roving Head Chef, ideally based in the Hampshire/Berkshirearea to support our existing pubs and new pub openings. From time to time these positions involve working away from home but we’ll always be flexible where we can.

About you...
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a gastro pub, restaurant or hotel at head chefor senior sous chef level is essential, as well as a positive and flexible attitude. In this role you’ll be covering holidays, involved in new openings or could be deputising for a Head Chef. You’ll help support with running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
