Job summary

The Plough & Harrow, Malvern, part of Brunning and Price, is seeking a confident Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team and develop new dishes in a busy gastro pub setting.

You can expect a competitive package: up to £39,500 including bonus and tronc, with a basic up to £35,000 plus tronc, paid overtime, cash tips, and strong family benefits through Brunning and Price.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• Must work with the Head Chef to run the kitchen, drive the food culture and keep the team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes.

About you...

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
