You will manage meeting rooms, welcome visitors, supervise touchpoints, assist with AV, and liaise with facilities and FOH teams to keep the space running smoothly. The job requires energy, organisation, and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Experience required in corporate workplaces or high-end environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate personal presentation and grooming.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with visitor management systems and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to specified layouts.
• Greet visitors and colleagues with a professional concierge approach.
• Own daily touchpoints in client-facing areas and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs for smooth access.
• Proactively manage queues and coordinate with FOH and facilities teams.
• Offer AV first-fix support and check AV equipment regularly.
• Support security and safety practices on site.
