SPEAR is seeking a Rough Sleeper Navigator (5 x 12-month fixed-term contracts) to provide intensive support to individuals experiencing rough sleeping and multiple disadvantage in several London boroughs. A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive are essential.

The role focuses on health and social care assessments, creating personalised plans, and guiding clients toward stable housing and long-term independence with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people who are homeless, rough sleeping or with complex needs.
• Ability to provide person-centred support and advocacy.
• Experience in managing risk and monitoring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, person-centred support to rough sleepers with complex needs.
• Develop personalised support plans covering housing, health, benefits, debt and employment.
• Advocate for clients and support them from street outreach to settled accommodation.
