Job summary

SPEAR London is seeking five Rough Sleeper Navigators on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to support individuals sleeping rough across Richmond & Wandsworth, Croydon, and Kingston. A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role are essential.

You will work within SPEAR’s trauma-informed, person-centred approach, coordinating housing, health, benefits and other services to help clients move into settled accommodation and sustain independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and complex needs.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, mental health and substance use.
• Organised, compassionate and resilient with caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, person-centred support to rough sleepers with multiple needs.
• Develop personalised support plans covering housing, health, benefits, debt and employment.
• Advocate for clients and work with Outreach Team and partner agencies to secure housing and long-term independence.
