Lidl invites you to join a 23-month rotational leadership programme across Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain in the UK. You’ll start in Store roles, rotate through logistics and regional supply chain, and then specialise in your chosen path.

The programme aims to develop leadership, resilience and business acumen, with a competitive package and supportive mentoring. Salary starts at £40,000 per annum with 30 days holiday (pro rata), a company car and a 10% in-store discount, plus a pension

Qualifications

• A British university degree with a 2:2 or higher.
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time basis with proof when required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Lidl stores and live within commuting distance of a Regional Distribution Centre.
• Valid UK driving licence by the stated date.
• Assertiveness and confidence in communication to build relationships.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset to understand core operational processes.
• Enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in a fast-moving environment.
• Resilience and determination to stay motivated and adapt to challenges.

Responsabilités

• Rotational programme across core business areas: Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Gain hands-on experience from Customer Assistant to store management in sales.
• Learn logistics fundamentals and warehouse operations, then join warehouse management.
• Experience regional office supply chain activities including ordering and supplier interactions.
• Develop leadership experience to progress in retail management within 23 months.
