Job summary

Lidl is offering a 23-month Retail Manager rotational programme across our stores, warehouses, and supply chain. You will gain hands-on experience from Customer Assistant roles to management, with rotations through sales, logistics, and regional supply chain activities.

The programme includes a video interview and an assessment centre, with a clear path to leadership in Lidl's UK network. A driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis with proof when required.
• Hold a full UK driving licence by start date.
• Willing to travel regularly to stores and live within commutable distance from a Regional Distribution Centre.
• Attend assessment day on 29/01/.

Responsibilities

• Rotational 23-month programme across Store, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
• Gain experience in Sales, Logistics and Regional Supply Chain roles.
• Develop leadership skills and business acumen through structured rotations.
