Job summary

Lidl invites you to join a 23-month rotational programme designed to develop leadership skills across our stores, warehouses and supply chain. You’ll start in Sales and Logistics, then move into a regional supply chain role, before selecting a specialist path in Year 2 to build managerial experience.

The programme includes a video interview and assessment day at the Regional Distribution Centre, with opportunities to progress into retail leadership upon completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with minimum 2:2 or higher.
Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
Full UK driving licence by the date specified.
Willingness to travel regularly to Lidl stores.
Live within a commutable distance from the Regional Distribution Centre.
Attend the assessment day on 29/01/#####.

Responsibilities

Rotational 23-month programme across core business areas (Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain).
Year 1: experience in store roles, warehouse logistics, and regional supply chain exposure.
Year 2: specialise in Store, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management and build leadership experience.
