Job summary

Lidl UK is offering a 23-month rotational Retail Manager Programme designed to build leadership across Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain. You’ll begin in Year 1 in core areas before selecting a specialist route in Year 2, gaining hands-on experience and broad exposure to Lidl’s operations.

Expect a formal assessment day on 22/01/2027, with a video interview as part of the selection process. Benefits include 10% in-store discount, pro-rata holiday, a pension scheme and development mentoring.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree.
• Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required.
• A full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre.
• Able to attend the assessment day on 22/01/2027.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: spend time in Sales (store-based), Logistics (warehouse-based) and Supply Chain (regional office-based).
• Year 2: choose a specialist route (Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain) and develop management experience.
• Participate in the video interview and face-to-face assessment centre during the process.
