Lidl UK is offering a 23-month Retail Manager Rotation Programme designed to develop leaders across Stores, Warehouses and Supply Chain. The programme rotates through Sales, Logistics and Regional Office functions, building experience from Customer Assistant to store management and beyond.

In Year 2 you’ll specialise in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management, gaining hands-on leadership experience. A video interview and assessment centre are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Achieved a 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and live within a commutable distance from your chosen Regional Distribution Centre
• A full UK driving licence by 1st February#####7

Responsibilities

• 23-month rotational programme across Stores, Warehouses & Supply Chain
• Year 1: Sales (Customer Assistant to store management)
• Year 1: Logistics (warehouse areas) and Year 1: Supply Chain (regional office)
• Year 2: specialise in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management
• Video interview and face-to-face assessment centre at Regional Distribution Centre on 29/01/#####
