Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is offering a 24-month Early Careers Rotation Programme in Retail Banking and Wealth. You will rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build practical skills for shaping better banking.

You’ll receive structured training, hands-on learning, mentoring and coaching, and gain experience in customer journeys, data insights and delivery capability. The aim is a customer-obsessed approach and real change delivery within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027
• Achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree or international equivalent
• Will have completed studies by July 2027
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration without HSBC visa sponsorship
• This programme does not satisfy Home Office visa sponsorship
• We cannot progress applications from candidates who apply with a student/graduate visa
• Provide achieved or expected final undergraduate degree result using the grading system used by your university

Responsibilities

• Rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build skills for better banking.
• Use customer journeys and data insights to diagnose friction and support digital adoption.
• Work with business management teams to understand priorities, track KPIs and measure value.
• Contribute across Retail Banking to deliver simpler, smarter, customer-focused banking.
