Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is launching a 24‑month graduate programme in Retail Banking and Wealth, starting July 2027. You will rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build the skills needed to shape better banking and customer experiences.

You'll learn through structured training and hands-on learning, with mentoring, coaching and exposure to journeys across channels, data insights and product propositions.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Achieved, or on track to achieve, a 2:1 undergraduate degree classification or international equivalent.
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
• This programme does not satisfy the Home Office eligibility criteria for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build the skills needed to shape better banking.
• Explore complaints, disputes, fraud or Premier customer experiences, turning themes into practical problem statements and opportunities for improvement.
• In Digital or Digital Channels, use customer journey and data insights to diagnose friction and support digital adoption.
• Work with Retail Banking teams to understand commercial priorities, track KPIs and measure value, enabling safe, responsible change at pace.
