Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete a BSc (Hons) in Applied Retail and Commercial Banking.
• Minimum GCSEs: five subjects at grade 4/C or higher.
• A-levels: at least BCC in top three subjects.
• UK residency for the last three consecutive years and right to work for the programme duration.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer journeys and strengthen digital banking offerings.
• Support Products and Propositions teams and review customer feedback.
• Analyse data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with customer, product and delivery teams to shape solutions.
• Contribute to presentations for senior leaders and project work linked to service and growth.
