Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be available to work full-time from November 2027 for 50 months
• GCSEs: 5 or more, minimum grade 4/C
• A-levels: minimum of BCC across top 3, or equivalent
• Must have been a UK resident for the last 3 consecutive years and haveRight to Work in the UK for full duration

Responsibilities

• Work with Retail Banking teams to improve customer journeys and digital banking
• Review customer feedback and complaints, analyze trends, and turn insights into recommendations
• Support projects linked to service, growth and customer experience
• Assist in presentations for senior leaders and learn through multiple placements
