Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 Undergraduate degree classification or above.
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through customer, digital, commercial and delivery teams to build the skills needed to shape better banking.
• Explore complaints, disputes, fraud or Premier customer experiences, turning themes into practical problem statements and opportunities for improvement.
• In Digital or Digital Channels, use customer journey and data insights to diagnose friction and support digital adoption.
• Work with business management teams to understand commercial priorities, track KPIs and measure value, then support delivery teams to land change at pace.
