The permanent Band 5 rotational occupational therapy post is based at West Cumberland Hospital, with six-month placements across medical, surgical, orthopaedic, elderly care and stroke rehabilitation and community services in Copeland and Allerdale.

You will practise independently while supervising and delegating to support staff, participate in supervision and appraisal, and travel across North Cumbria, including weekend duties and adherence to sustainability and professional development

Competenze

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience in a range of practice including acute and community rehabilitation.
• Ability to reflect on practice and use portfolio for CPD.

Mansioni

• Rotate through six-month placements in medical, surgical, orthopaedic, elderly care and stroke rehabilitation and community services.
• Practise independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
