The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our rotational scheme. You will provide OT assessments and interventions within a specialist team across several locations, delivering patient-centred care and developing your graduate skills in a supportive MDT.

We are seeking to appoint a proactive Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our current dynamic and motivated group of therapists on the rotational scheme. You will be based within a specialist team at one of our locations within the Trust providing Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention for patients within the defined specialist clinical area, gaining experience of working in a variety of settings and working as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. The variety of specialities included on the Band 5 rotation include Medicine (Including Older People's Medicine) Surgery (Vascular, Plastics and General Surgery), Orthopaedics (Trauma and Elective), Major Trauma Rehabilitation, , Paediatrics, Neurosciences, Hyper acute Stroke and Stroke rehabilitation, Adult Oncology .
