North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 5 Occupational Therapist for a 37.5-hour rotation at West Cumberland Hospital, Whitehaven. The role offers six-month rotation blocks across Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, Stroke Rehab and Community Rehabilitation Services, with strong supervision and a Band 5 Peer Support Group.

Qualifications

• Degree in occupational therapy or equivalent.
• Current HCPC registration.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Elderly Care, Stroke Rehabilitation and Community Rehabilitation Services.
• Develop independent practice and delegation skills with support staff.
• Engage with Band 5 Peer Support Group and supervision.
• Induction, preceptorship, annual appraisal and career development opportunities.
